Today at the Inn many new things happened. To start off, today was a great day. Today was filled with a fun family outing, a calming walk around the neighborhood & the welcoming of some new feathered friends. Oh, and a simple web search.
This morning started off like any other morning. Waking up early so Baby B can watch her Mickey Mouse. Then getting everyone dressed and ready to go out for breakfast. So we head out the door, have breakfast, then take a little spontaneous trip to a flea market.
After a somewhat short drive, we arrive at this flea market. There they sell everything. From dogs, and random kids things to chickens and goats. Speaking of chickens. We come to a little stand to show Baby B the little chicks. She is just in love with anything that is small, furry and cute. We put the baby chick in her lap and she squeals with so much excitement it's just too cute for words. We then find out they are not that expensive. So what does the Hubby do? Pays for that one. The Mr. A goes in search for another one. So we pay for that one too. So now we are home with two new baby chicks. They are safely in a cage in the warmest room in the house, the laundry room. I must admit, they are so adorable. So in time, if all goes well with Blondie and Joe. We will be enjoying some fresh eggs. Yes, those are the names giving by the kids. How they came up with those names, I have no idea.

So lately I have been doing a lot of behind the scenes work on the blog. I have made some changes and many improvements. Earlier today I decided to search for Mama Cake's Inn on Yahoo. And what I saw was amazing! I can be reached in a single search. The blog's Facebook page, Pinterest and the actual blog website can be found. My page views have also increased. I want to keep working on the blog and keep getting out my thoughts and words to anyone and everyone I can reach. I also want to share simple crafts that you can do while the baby naps or the kids are at school. And I know I can with the support and love from my family. And the support from you, the readers. I would love to hear from all of you.
All this weekend has been somewhat of a changing point in my life. A few weeks ago I had no idea what I wanted to do to fill that void in me. A void that felt like something was missing and that I needed to do something now about it. After much thought the blog came to mind. And over the weekend I came to a conclusion that I will be completely open with my readers and followers. I want everyone to know positivity and that all things are possible if you believe in yourself. Because that self-belief is the key to improving your life so you can be able to be strong and positive for the people around you. I know there are bad days out there but those days are put there to make us stronger and teach us what we are all capable of doing. Every time you have those bad days I want for you to come to this blog and be able to smile and just walk away feeling 100% better.
With that being said, I hope you have read and taken good from this post. Have a good night and a better tomorrow.
